BeaterCore Updates
From dusty demo particles to a 9 September 2026 Steam launch.
BeaterCore’s public life started as a tiny itch.io and Steam demo and ended, for now, as a 9 September 2026 Steam release. The developer shipped often: particles, analog deadzone, trunk cycling, a story prologue, wear cuts, then official mods. This hub is the index. The long chronology lives in patch notes.
If you bought at launch, you do not need every demo zip. You do need to know which complaints are already dead. “No deadzone” is dead — it is a properties menu. “Tutorial is a list of chores” is dead — 0.2.1-era builds put a prologue in front. “No mods” is dead — 0.3.0 added a manager and the Steam product lists Workshop.
What to read first
- Patch notes — dated changes from 0.0.16 through 0.3.0 and the launch.
- Getting started — if you have not bought a spare tire yet, patches will not save you.
- Mods — if you care about the 0.3.0 manager and editor brushes.
- System requirements — render scale and light quality are update features, not rumors.
Launch week in one paragraph
Steam app 3711050, Windows and Linux, $9.99 with an introductory 10% off through 16 September 2026. Very Positive early reviews. Features on the store: single-player, online PvP, LAN PvP, split-screen PvP, split-screen, Workshop, level editor, Remote Play Together, Family Sharing. Languages: English (full audio), Russian, Spanish (Spain), Italian, Polish. This wiki covers English, Spanish, Italian, and Polish.
Why the demo history still matters
Wear rates, rewards, and input config all moved during 2026. A YouTube video from April can still be right about the loop and wrong about the numbers. Engine wear −50% and oil wear −30% changed how greedy you must be with field repair. Multiplayer rewards −30% changed how much a lobby prints cash. Replay format changes in 0.3.0 mean old clips may not open.
Read patches when the car feels different, not only when a number in the corner of the main menu ticks. Then come back to tuning and the parts tier list — roles stay, rates move.
Where official notes land
Steam news hub, itch.io devlog, Discord, VK, and the developer’s socials. This wiki is unofficial. When a new build ships, we fold it into patch notes and fix any guide that would otherwise lie. Bookmark official links if you want the primary source the same night.
The update cadence during the demo was the promise: small racing game, loud patch list. Launch is the same loop with a price tag. Keep the spare on the roof either way.

No. Buy the Steam build. Demo history only explains why some old videos mention different wear or a list-style tutorial.
Where is official mod support listed?
0.3.0 added an in-game manager; the Steam product lists Workshop and a level editor. See mods.
